Policy and conditions

 – VAT included in all prices provided by Hostal Mediterráneo.

- Tourist tax not included; it is charged per person per night, except for children under 16 and from the 7th night onwards (check rate).

– Smoking is not permitted inside the Hostal.

– Horario de entrada (Check-in) de 15:00 h a 19:00 h.

– Bachelor and bachelorette parties are not accepted.

– Bed type is subject to availability (We cannot confirm the bed type due to continuous changes in scheduling).

– Children under 10 years old cannot stay.

– We do not have an elevator (Access to the rooms by stairs).

– Limited reception hours. (Check schedule).

– Checkout before 12 noon.

– Pets are not accepted. 

– Cancellation Policy Applicable: If you cancel or modify your reservation up to 7 days before your arrival date, the property will not charge you. If you cancel or modify your reservation after this time, or if you do not show up, the property will charge 100% of your stay. For non-refundable reservations, no refunds will be issued.

– For the purposes of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the personal data provided will be incorporated into a file for which Hostal Mediterráneo is responsible. Its processing will be carried out for the purposes of this company's activity and will only be communicated or transferred to third parties related to it.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by writing to Hostal Mediterráneo at Carrer Nou number 3 in Tossa de Mar.
