– VAT included in all prices provided by Hostal Mediterraneo.

– Tourist tax of 0.66 euros, applies per day and person except children under 16 and from the 7th night.

– Smoking is not allowed inside the hostel.

– Check in time from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

– Bachelor and bachelorette parties are not accepted.

– The type of bed is subject to availability (We cannot confirm the type of bed because we have continuous variations in the planning).

– Children under 7 cannot stay.

– We do not have an elevator (Access to the rooms by stairs).

– Limited reception hours. (Check schedule).

– Checkout before 12pm.

– Pets are not accepted. 

– Applicable Cancellation Conditions: If you cancel or modify the reservation up to 7 days before the arrival date, the establishment will not make any charges. If you cancel, modify the reservation after the deadline or do not show up, the establishment will charge 100% of the stay. In the event of a non-refundable reservation, the refund of the reservation will not be made.

– For the purposes of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the personal data provided will be incorporated into a file for which Hostal Mediterraneo is responsible. Its treatment will be carried out to carry out the purpose of the activity of this company and will only be communicated or transferred to third parties related to it.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by writing to Hostal Mediterraneo at Carrer Nou number 3 in Tossa de Mar. If at any time you wish to revoke your consent to any of the aforementioned points, you can also communicate by email to the address info@hostalmediterraneo.es.
